  • HomeBase Cincinnati seeks Real Estate CDC Advisor

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Professional with experience in development to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in all phases of real estate development, with a focus on strategic planning, acquisitions, financial modeling, and public-private financing structures.

    The Real Estate Development Advisor will act as an in-house consultant to help Community Development Corporations (CDCs) through critical pre-development planning and due diligence on their way towards a complete project.

    This role requires awareness and understanding of the uniqueness of CDCs, the complexities of neighborhood development, and smaller projects, as well as the soft-skills to navigate hard conversations that often arise in community development. This role will work closely with the HomeBase Capacity Development Manager.


  • 2026 CDC Fellowship Application Open

    We are excited to share that applications have OPENED for the 2026–2027 HomeBase Cincinnati Fellowship Program, in partnership with Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. (MCURC)!

    This is not a regular internship. It is a paid, apprentice
    ship-style pathway into full-time leadership within Cincinnati’s community development ecosystem.

    The selected Fellow will work alongside HomeBase Cincinnati and Madisonville CURC’s Board and Real Estate Project Manager to learn community development and become integrated into the broader Cincinnati community development network.

    HomeBase will provide structured mentorship, training opportunities, office space, exposure to CDC network, City, funding, and development partner meetings, and hands-on project management experience.
    MCURC envisions this Fellowship as a pathway to long-term CDC leadership.

  • Open Position: Accounting Manager

    This hands-on role will work closely with leadership and project teams on job costing, construction draws, reporting, and compliance, with growing responsibility and leadership as the company scales.

    Location: Over-the-Rhine 
    Compensation: $60,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience

  • Mt. Washington Operations Impact Officer

    The Operations Impact Officer will play a crucial role in supporting Mt. Washington CDC’s operational efficiency by coordinating tasks and managing administrative processes.

    They will work closely with the HomeBase Cincinnati staff to build out internal systems that grow operational capacity, strategic organizational growth, and connect Mt. Washington closely with the greater ecosystem of resources available to CDCs.
