How we help communities thrive
DPA PROGRAM
The Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program was created in collaboration with the Greater Cincinnati Foundation to distribute approximately $100,000 of funding to support Community Development Corporations (CDCs) with their property sales.
INFRASTRUCTURE FUND
The CDC Infrastructure Fund provides members with support from vendors who are familiar with the CDC structure and non-profit best practices, and offer discounted services to our members. We also provide a cost supplement through grants from our funders.
NBDSG FUNDING
The Neighborhood Business District Support Grant (NBDSG) program was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to aid small businesses, enhance outdoor spaces or improve the built environment.
OSG FUNDING
The Operational Support Grant (OSG) is a competitive funding source made available through the City of Cincinnati Department of Community and Economic Development to provide Community Development Corporations (CDCs) with operating and project support.
TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT
Through the generosity of our sponsors, we can provide reimbursements for the costs of professional training for members’ staff. Reimbursements of up to $200 are available per person per event. These funds are great for learning new skills without bankrupting your organization.
VTICA FUNDING
The Voluntary Tax Incentive Contribution Agreement (VTICA) program contributes 15% of the value of a development tax incentive back to affordable housing and neighborhood quality of life projects outside of downtown and Over-the-Rhine.
