Pass-through funding eligibility, including operating and project support, training, down payment assistance, and back office support.

Organizations must be a Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO) to qualify for federal HOME dollars and also must be within the City of Cincinnati limits for City funding (General Fund, CDBG, HOME).
